Leaf Spring Drag Setup

I have a vehicle with leaf springs. I've been searching online. I've found people had good results with ladder bars and something called slapper bars, and a 4 link leaf spring setup. I'm still learning the differences in them could someone chime in? Which would be beneficial for drag racing as well as occasional cruising

Everyone keeps telling me Caltracs is the only way to go on the Nova rear leaf springs.

That's the thing. I don't know which is the best for drag racing. I'm still trying to learn the difference between them

if u do ladder bars or 4 link ya cant get into any stock suspension classes.

So ladders is what ill need? And that'll eliminate my stock leafs? Sorry for stupid questions I'm used to having springs this is new territory for me

both will get rid of the leafs.

but im still saying calvert split-mono leaf springs and cal tracs is the way to go. there r guys in the high 4s and low 5 in the 1/8 running that combo.

^^^ He right. You will hook up great with this setup. I ran that setup on my Nova and loved it.
