need help with jetting.
My nitrous guy recommended (he is a carb, low fuel psi guy, so his knowledge on efi and higher pressure is not very much) that I run a 53 nitrous jet and a 47 fuel jet but now the car seems kinda sluggish and backfires on spray, what size fuel jet do I need for my car to run like it should.
my setup is a single fogger in the intake elbow
Thanks again guys

Sounds like your running much too big of a fuel jet. Should see black smoke as well...
First off whats your fuel pressure? What are your bottle pressures? What size shot do you want to spray?
I am going to assume stock fuel pressure (44psi), 900PSI Bottle pressures and you would like to spray about 100hp...
Using this calculator :http://www.designengineering.com/nit..._jet_calc.html and assuming that your car is otherwise stock you should be running jets this size or close to it:
NITROUS should be .050 and FUEL should be .027.
Hope this helps

Fuel jet is WAAAAAAY too big, unless you are running a dedicated fuel system for the nitrous with a low pressure pump, but even then... 95ImpySS got it right on the money.

i run a 30 fuel with a 53 nitrous jet.

Fuel jet is way to big. Carb or EFI, reading the plugs will tell you what the fuel and timing are doing. If he's your nitrous guy, he should know that. 95ImpySS has all the right questions and his recommendation is a good place to start.
