Window Bracket

I need the bracket with a pad on the end of it that holds the window towards the outside of the car. Ill get a pic of it tomorrow because none of you probably have any idea what Im talking about.:D

I know which one you are talking about it but I dont know the proper name for it. Window Guide maybe?

I think they're called window stabilizers. They run $15 or so on eBay. I've seen them on GMPartsDirect too.
