Fastest opti cars?

Ok, so I'm looking at all these different combos and how fast they are. One big thing I keep seeing is that all the fast guys have ditched the opti.
While I'm not suprised by that I'm curious who's out there running fast that still has an opti?
Anyone know what the fastest/quickest opti cars are running?

Hmmmmm... good question...

I won't be the fastest by any means, but as long as my usable RPM range is below 7200 I'm keeping it. Car should go 10.80s once the suspension is dialed in. Still quick, IMO, for an opti car.

That's bitchin'! Is that using both the optical sensor AND the high voltage portion of the opti?

I have made several nine second passes with my Opti. I would keep it just to prove it could be done but I got a deal on some thing better.

I do not see it as being the weakest link but just not as easy to deal with as other options ;)

Well then, if you were running 9's without issue then I'd say it'll serve me in my purposes no problem lol.

Larry as been 9.6 and 140mph;)

I'll be in the 9's real soon with an opti. Best for me so far is 10.3 @ 135 at 3,650 lbs.
