Yea theres a few places around the eastern side of the state. im not sure whats out in the rapid area. Speed Techniques in sioux falls would be the best around here. A little spendy but well worth it. They tune your car from idle to cruising speeds and then WOT runs. So basically its a full tune not just WOT runs.
