th400 here, but went with stainless braided teflon lines. had them made at a local hydraulics/rubber shop. changed the fittings in the trans to a male jic.

What size are the fittings on a th350 where the line connects to the trans case ?

The lines are almost the exact same length iirc, but on the th350 they enter at a different angle (again iirc-it's been a while). The fittings were swapped out.

For a tranny mount, B+M makes a specific th350 crossmember for 4th gens, or you can get a fitz-all kit, which puts the 4L60 tail onto the end of the th350, so the speedo still functions and the stock crossmember bolts up. You can see what the kit is right here:

You will need new dipstick as well. Lokar makes a nice one for 70 bucks.

used my 4l60e urathane mount with the bmr crossmember. these are the fittings i used. ati part number 925137, there a 1/4-18 npsm pipe thread to 6an. $32.00. and i suggest using the madman tube and stick. it's made just like the 4l60e unit so it looks stock and is much easier to check and fill than the lokar. madman number 199-ds-th350 $70.00 from thunder racing.
