did you guys bleed the coolant well enough... an air pocket could do that....

I read this as, "It doesn't blow heat inside the car," when what you clearly mean is, "My shit is running hot/overheating." My advise is to do what was stated up there ^^. Bleed it. ORRRRRRRRR, it's rare in LT1s, but it could have the head gasket mod.

how did you translate that? i've read it 3 times but i think your right, that the car is, what we call, "over heating" or "running hot" . what does heating mean? and i really get lost here "even got a new thermostat and radiator cap were lost". punctuation and grammer FTL...
ok. now, if you dont know how to bleed it using the 2 in line bleeders let us know. just take your time and your education to do so. also...kinda obvious but did you use all water to do this or an improper ratio of water to coolant? ALSO...is it over heating or just running hot? to over heat in 3 miles is really fast and sounds like a bad problem if there's no leaks, but if its just running on the hot side i'd say it just needs to be bled. and one more...does the heater work?

Did you remember to re install the coupler? That will make it run hot.
