Stage 1 is great stock replacement. It is 505 fT/Lb TQ capicity. I went with a SPEC Stage 2.

The Satge 2 (600 Ft/Lb TQ) was enough for my bolt on car that rarely sees the strip and gets about 1000-1500 miles a year on it. I also wnt with the billet steel flywheel. Installed (by a friend who is a distributor and shop owner) , it was right around a grand.
