ok, now on the tranny is where the fork is connected .... should that bolt that holds the fork down be tightened down tight? cuz when it is it seems like it doesn't wanna slide also can the bell houseing be connected to the tranny first?

It should be tight. Put some red loctite on there too. The fork doesn't slide on the bolt, it slides on the t-bracket.
You can install the bellhousing and tranny together, but you're just working way harder than you need to. It's easier to bolt up the bellhousing first, and then the tranny.

alright, but when i tighten it it seems like it doesn't wanna slide at all
