Can I run 18x10.5" wheels on the fronts ?

Does anyone know if ill have any issues running 18x10.5 56mm offset wheel on the fronts ? If not what size tire should I run ? Thanks in advance :)

He is running 18x10.5's Deep Dish Y2K's from OE Wheels all around on his car. I think he needed a small spacer up front IIRC.
