Cordova has the NOSTAGIAFEST SPORTSMAN RACING this weekend so I'm thinking of heading up to Byron. Is anyone going to be there this weekend? Does anyone know if they have a big event going or not?

If it works here is the weather link from Byrons home page http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=BYRON,%2BIL 79 for a high and partly cloudy. If that is the case I got four bottles here filled and ready to go. I should pick up some more c-16 though.

I've only been there the one time before so I'm not really sure how there usally days go, but I figured I would try to get up there around 9:30. I want to try a few things to see if I can get the car to 60' atleast as good as it was last year. If not I will have to pull the tranny and converter after the racing at US131 in July.

cool deal. I got a thing at 10 with my family and should be up there after that. Look for my car and a 25th ta. We should have a bunch of other cars up there as well. Should be a decent day for runnin. I got to work out my 60' as well since I just swapped over to a 6 spd and the car was set up for the old set up. I cant hook worth a damn now.

Nobody with a M6 can. Thats why I went to Bias ply tires and a 2 step. I would love to test out the new set up. Dont think Ill make it though.:(

It would be interesting seeing how the two step works out for you. I have been wanting to try some radials but I have always been able to hook the bias tires and not for sure if I want to gamble or start the learning curve over on a different type of tire.
