I started my car today and it started squealing really loudly, just like a slipping belt. But, as soon as I put it in neutral and lifted the clutch pedal, it went away.

Now, the noise only happens when i have the clutch pedal to the floor.
So today, I drove the car without putting the clutch all the way to the floor.
The noise was still there, but not as loud.

A year ago, a similar thing happened to me, but it was more of a grinding noise every time i put the clutch to the floor, and when that happened, it was harder to the clutch down the next time until it was just jammed and you couldn't put it in at all and i finally stalled. In this case, the throw out bearing split apart.

Anybody have a clue what this squealing is when i put the clutch in?

TOB is being dragged. Did you notice any wear on the clutch fork when you pulled it apart last time? You may want to shim your slave back 1/4" or so, using washers. It may be dragging on the TOB, causing it to prematurely wear..

I think I'll try this and let you know, thanks!

something makes me think something happened with the clutch fork because this happened out of nowhere, after a year or so..
i'll just have to wait until i go back home from college this summer to drop the transmission again.. sigh lol
