its for a tpi but the guy said it should work for lt1 and lowered prices

Yeah , no they arent the same. I bought a nos system from a local guy that was off of a 91 w/a miniram and the plate is too thick. When you bolt it behind the tb the iac motor hits the t-stat housing. It needs to be a 1/4 inch thinner.:(
