So I'm pretty new to LT1's and EFI in general, I've ran nitrous on numerous other engine's but never on an EFI engine.
I think my Knock sensor may be going out, I'll be spraying 75-100 on pump and 125-150 maybe on 110 octane fuel, should of I opt for an LT4 knock sensor or get another LT1 unit?
Thanks.

an Lt4 knock module is a common mod just to help keep out false knock detection...definately get one.
i sprayed 150 on my car for a long time without any timing retard, now i have a tune from Ion(madtuner) so i now would use a msd digital 6 to pull about 2*.........
even though the knock module can be tweaked from a tuner it is still suggested to purchase the Lt4 knock module..

One of the biggest reasons there is a different Knock module for LT1 and LT4 is the LT4 came with roller rockers factory. They are inherently noisy and the LT4 module was less sensitive to the noise. So even when you are not spraying if you have roller rockers it wil be a good investment.

BLOWNDIZ just about summed up what I found when I was searching for the exact answer the OP is asking for.
No one really says to NOT use the LT4 KM (well, ok, I found like 2), but they say it's really nice on the motor when not spraying. I did find a few people that said to run the LT1 KM because the detonation while spraying can be so detrimental to the drive home ;)
I bought one to put on in the meantime... and then found out it wasn't my problem... so now I have one sitting on my desk for no reason.
