Lt1 - AFR Heads & Inlet Manifold Gaskets - Delaminating

Hello
Just pulled the inlet manifold on my '95 LT1.AFR Heads & Edelbrock LT4 inlet manifold.
The inlet gasgets seem to have de laminated intro 2 layers.
The lower part, head side has tried to slide into the inlet ports by approx 7mm.
The end tabs that sit on the china wall have also moved 7-10mm, enough to have 2 tabs showing.

I now have my suspiscions but wondered if ayone has seen this before?
