Give us some more info. Goals, budget, what it has already?

You're going to have to open it up and inspect the rings, pistons, and cylinder walls to determine the specific cause of the blowby.

Never take anyone's word on what they say the engine has in it or condition. You need to determine cause of blowby before you make any choices.

Didn't these things have issues with valve stem seals blowing by pretty bad? Either way I would do some compression testing before I go to far diagnosing.

how do you know you even have blow by? I thought we fried a heads cam boosted stock bottom end because I was getting puff puff puff out of the breather......

The Pcv valve was stuck.....I tore a whole car apart that was then down half a year for a pcv valve...

ok i drove the car the other day and found out that 3 of the roller rockers has jumped off and one of the push rods fell down in the head maybe thats what was causing the blow by and loss of power plus it is blowing oil out around the dip stick and front seal can that cause all them prob

so wonder what caused them to jump off in the first place? so that prob wouldnt have nothing to do with the blow by
