possibly getting a blower

Hey guys, found a decent deal on a centrifugal supercharger. Just curious if i should be switching spark plugs when adding some boost? If so what plugs should i use?

Car is a 95 Z28, ported heads and intake, cam (almost all supporting mods), RR, full exhaust.

Yes. Colder plugs...tighter gaps... depending on how much boost, minimal changes at the least to ur fuel system... and if alot of boost, even more changes. Also no matter how much boost... LOTS OF TUNING!

This, along with a cam change to net power. Most cams will not give you the full benefit of all the work you're doing when adding a blower (shelf grinds), also, a stout fuel system upgrade will be needed if it's already heads/cam with boost added on. I maxed a single 255 and 42lb injectors with a p600b and heads cam. Almost wasn't pretty.

Alot of research should be done, it gets expensive quick

I have upgraded fuel pump and the only thing left on the list for me is plugs only reason why I came here for the info. Won't be running much more than 6 lbs of boost. how much colder plugs? and how much tighter gaps?

I run TR6 plugs and a .035 gap

TR6 will be fine without knowing much more about the setup. What head unit/system are you running?

im more of a nitrous guy but id think u would want a non projected tip spark plugs like was said the br6ef. and i think it said u had head work id maybe start with a br7ef

The system i found was an older Vortech V1. local guy is giving me a deal on it.

Same boat as 95z28camaro got a line on a Vortech V1 "HO" (T trim?) kit with the A2W inter cooler he added in a heat exchanger for up front. That's going on when I do my LE2 HCI build with a blower specific cam of course. Piecing this thing together with a budget that's reasonable. I'd like to do this once lol
