Thanks, guys.
supr67, I only sell ACDelco optis now.
No more aftermarkets as there are just too many problems with them.

You can see them on my website, but please read product description for final cost.

There is really nothing wrong with the optispark as long as you go with a quality brand.

Stay away from parts store brands and ebay, and stick to ACDelco.

Several people have switched and eliminated their opti troubles for good.

Agreed. Ive done msd... dynaspark... even accell back in the day. Nothing has made the camaro as good (hoping not to jinx myself) as it is now with my delco from Gail.

Go 24x especially if you are using forced induction. With more and more information on correct 24x setups its becoming silly to pour money into the car without a good pcm and ignition system.

Its all in the details, lol.

Well that explains why its still bad ass. Those stickers will do that.

Most of the successful turbo guys seem to run 24x

Fastbird was not running the 24x system... i believe he was making almost 800 to the wheels.

@Fastbird (http://ltxtech.com/forums/member.php?u=2) was not running the 24x system... i believe he was making almost 800 to the wheels.

I think the opti is a capable distributor, whos problems are grossly overblown, but if youre going to spend the coin on a turbo setup why not get the better computer. IMO

Thats a good point, but still a large investment on top of the build, when the stock set up is capable with a lil patience and the right tuner is all.

I was just arguing the better PCM, main reason for 24x and similar swaps IMO.

767 actually, and FAST XFI. But an opti. If I did it again, 24x all the way.

sorry for the late response guys and yea I almost went 24x but the ltcc had so many good reviews i didn't see the need to spend the extra money. But from what I am seeing ac delco with my ltcc is the way to go?

24x and be done with it! Tuning ALONE is worth the investment imho
