Tunercat transmission tuning question

Hello all, I just have a quick question that I couldn't find an answer for on here. I'm looking to make the shifting more firm and quick on my 95 z28, and I was wondering if the "Shift time ( sec) vrs % TPS Vs. Shift Normal mode" had any effect on this, or if adjusting this table will.shorten the life of my transmission at all. Thanks!

If you lower that table, even zero it, the trans is only gonna shift as fast as is mechanically possible. Which if it's stock isn't that fast. You can raise the line pressure and change shift rpms, plus the hold percentages

I should've mentioned, the transmission isn't stock it's a flt stage 3 4l60e
