What series carrier does the 94 Z28 have in them?

It depends on if it was originally A4 or M6 car. A4 is 2 series, and M6 is 3 series for the most part. the 2 series came with 273 or 308 gears, and the 3 series have 323 or 342 gears.

Series 3 came in A4 cars as well. My 94 B4C car came factory with 323 gears so it had a series 3 carrier. I think the 308 gear only came in the manual trans v6 cars to my knowledge. So he will either have the 273,323, or 342. The RPO code will tell you for sure.

My car is A4.it has the spacer in it for the bigger ratio gears.

Yours is a series 2 carrier then if it has a ring gear spacer on it.
