O2's

I have had a never ending EVAP and cat failure. I have troubleshot for a week and everything is operating perfectly. My question. Can I tune out the rear O2 sensors and EVAP system but leave everything hooked up in stock configuration?

I don't see why not.

I use Jet DS tuning s/w. (ODB2)
Use the Diagnostics drop down and open..

Fuel and Air Diagnostics.
4 x O2 Bank 1 sensor 2
4 x O2 Bank 2 sensor 2
Un-tick all 8 and set to Type B no reporting.

Emissions Control Diagnostics
CAT Low efficiency B1 (P0420)
CAT System Low Efficiency B2 (P0430)
Un-tick both and set to Type A no reporting

As for the EVAP, I've not done anything to mine. In the Emissions Control Diagnostics I would try switching off the two Evap setting - un-tick and set to Type A no reporting.

On my camaro...we could not remove one of the evap codes. Found the solenoid... plugged its harness connector back in.... and gonem
