Why are u looking to make a "project" out of it and modn the rails...?

He probably wants to mod the rails into a dual feed system, which is a good idea for a high HP motor.
You can weld fittings to your stock rails and use a universal regulator like an Aeromotive. Get a bigger fuel line from the tank to the front of the car, into a "Y-block" (Summit has nice Y-blocks for cheap) and split it into 2 lines going into each fuel rail.
Then come out the front of the rail, into the regulator and plumb the regulators outlet to the stock return line with an adaptor fitting.

Pick up a set from Fastbird. He does exactly what you need.

How much power you making? The twin in tank pumps and factory lines should be more than adequate unless you're making well in excess of 800 at the tire. I speak from experience.

^^^ thats where i was gonna go.

im prob gonna be around 700 to the wheels i was going to make dual feed fuel rails but i just ordered a diy intank system im building so you think the stock lines and rails can handle it

I believe fastbird's (guy above) Turbo TA was in the 800 to the wheels range....so he has 1st hand experience.

I ran 141 mph in a 4200 lbs car with the stock hardline... so yeah it'll handle the power.
The "single feed" rails will be a problem before the stock fuel pressure line will be a restriction.

Run the factory computer if you can, otherwise, pepper your angus for the LTX fanbois and their opti loving

If you can get away with the factory pcm, I'd say go for it. It's about $2k you'll save if able to avoid that route. Certain situations will dictate whether or not this is an option, but people with more experience in higher hp boosted setups can let you know when you'll hit the threshold of actually needing it. I believe the factory PCM is maxed out at 2 BAR and 7k rpm IIRC.

yea the tunner said that was one of the things i can't rev past 7k but im ok with that im just trying to figure out how i want to run new lines and mod rail how to hook up adjustable fuel pressure regulator but im kinda thinking in my head to run the stock lines and fuel rails with the regulator and seeing when i tune it if its leaning out im just a little nervous of the last cylinder i think 7 i dont want to lean it out ive herd guys running in the 800 with factory componets as far as fuel but also this is my first fuel system build

You can rev past 7k, there just aren't either fuel or spark tables (I forget which) after that so it will do a default of sorts given the prior tables.

This site is full of people who will break out the torches and pitchforks as soon as you mention ditching the crappy PCM and opti for 24x.
For a boosted build, if you have the money, 24x is the best option you can get entry level wise.

I may be ditching the accel dfi in my setup for a stock pcm in the name of science to see how much difference there actually is. Looking at putting the 80# injectors I have in (was maxing out 60# at 55psi), then do a side by side comparison with the same afr and timing. I'm curious to see how much power is lost.
