I have no idea what single mass and dual mass mean? If I buy this do I need to install the weights, or can I bolt it on and go? I emailed them but they are no help. Any help or explanation is greatly appreciated guys.

Our cars have a single mass flywheel. If you have the stock rotating assembly, install the weights and bolt on. ONLY leave the weights off if you know you have a internally balanced engine.

Ok, Thanks! My bottom end is stock for now. So am I understanding this correctly, the flywheel end is external balance and front end of crank is a neutral balance?

lighter FW will help the motor rev faster which for auto x use is better. However lighter FW for street driving and 1/4 mi use is not ideal. Heavier FW give more inertia
A billet solid piece FW is what you might want to consider if your use/driving intent is more street or 1/4 mi
These billet and lighter AL. FW typically come with remove able counter weights so they can be used without a weight for "internal" balanced motors or with the weight for "external" (stock) motors.
If using on a internal balance motor I would/do send the FW & PP to a machine shop to confirm for zero balance. In every case some "adjustments" were made to FW & PP to in fact make it neutral aka zero balance. My McLeod FW for example that came with my twin kit was 25 grms out...due to the 4 holes taped into FW for the removable weight. Shop just put in 3 small screws/washers to get the 25 grms back so no big deal. point is you need to check balance if running a internal balanced motor.
