93Z shifter plate - no low gear (swap)?

With the 93 Z auto that I just picked up the shifter plate doesn't have the "1" low gear.
I found a replacement shifter plate on Ebay that has low gear.

Question is; does the shifter that's in the car have low blocked out or do I need to get a new shifter?

Crap! It just dawned on me to search and it looks like there's just a pin that pulls out.

It's actually a rubber stopper. It was for the cars equipped with 2.73s. Something about noise regulations in first gear or something. Just trim the piece off and have a good time finally being able to do proper burnouts.
