In not a rear end expert, but that pattern looks pretty far to the outside to me.

You're going to be looking for the pattern to be pretty much centered up on the tooth. From what I can see in the pics it looks like your pinion isn't deep enough and you're shimmed to the left side of the car a little to much.

I literally have the quietest rear end I've ever had in my car now and I did everything for about $200 in tools.

I didn't set it up, I bought it like this. If I can find someone local to do it for cheap I might, but I'm already questioning this posi so I'm gonna put it in and run it, I'll have my spare redone with a new posi an gears over time
