Can a semi built motor withstand the power of a procharger being slapped on it the motor is already modified but I think I would have to change the cam and opti this is going to be a strictly track camaro

Depends on a lot of factors. Biggest would probably be what the engine's static compression ratio is vs. how much boost it will see. Cam you probably woudn't need to change because with a blower you can run a good N/A cam without too much worry about shorting yourself on power. Then there's the components that are in the motor. Cast or forged rods? Forged pistons or no? Etc.
A proper FI build is not just tossing a blower or turbo on something. It takes careful planning and execution to ensure safety and longevity from the motor.

i'm going to guess that according to your sig your engine is internally stock. As is you would not be able to run much boost, probably less then 8psi and thats pushing it.
You will NEED bigger injectors(42#'s or more) and probably a higher volume fuel pump. something like a 255lph walbro pump.
You will also need a spot on tune.
Having an intercooler would help keep IAT down.
Running e85 would also help assuming its available in your area (that would require a fuel system thats compatable and would take a much bigger fuel system)
