Ok guys finally got to start the turbo build for the first time everything was fine found that my ground wire was rubbing a belt and shut it off fixed it and on my second start I forgot to kick the oil pump on for about 15 seconds the car started to get warm cause I hadnt bled the coolant yet so I shut it off again and when I raised the car up oil had shot out my exhaust. Could not running the oil pump for a short time cause this and if so did I ruin the seals in the turbo??

its half inch and started it up again remember to turn on pump had no problems my next question is since my return runs to valve cover would it be beneficial to y it off so it goes to both valve covers

You gain more places for it to leak, and gain nothing beneficial

to me thats ur problem i wouldnt run them to the valve covers. think if u have a orfise going in the turbo than u pump the oil out and realigning on the pump to pump a certain amount to much ur turbo is dry and to little ur turbo is over filled. if u are actually trying to make it work nice just run it to the pan above the oil level.thisis just my 2 cent though

In english?

The point of a scavenge pump is to pump, so what does it matter where it pumps it to. His turbo is obviously not going to gravity drain so doing anything to attempt that will only make things complicated and accomplish nothing.

it sits too low to gravity feed above oil level and my thought process on returning to both valve covers is it would allow the oil to drain down to pan faster since it would go through to heads instead of just one
