That's a LOT of compression, but looks to be a monster of a motor. High octane for you!!!!!

IDK, I think 12.5 still sounds high... or should I say expensive... still more of a racefuel happy cr... not that it cant be run on pump...but Idk that I would thrash on a car in the 12+ range on pump... thats just me.... Im always scared of breaking and hurting stuff...

That's a race motor. You could detune it, but how much are you going to spend doing that? Putting that beast on the street would be a shame. Best way for me to put this without getting all technical would be... You've got #20 Barry Sanders and you want to put him in a tackle's body, with 5 concussions, and replace his cleats with crocs.

The motor is a good deal, but detuning a tightly spec'ed work of perfection like that is not only going to cost you money and work, but it's sort of a shame.

Now that we've got that out of the way, I call dibs of the AFR heads and shaft rockers, lol

Do what? You have a 383 and run 12 flat? Not to be a dick but your tuner needs to go back to school. My old 355 had 11.3:1 compression, kb hyper pistons, stock rods (and rod bolts), stock crank, cc306 cam .578/.576 lift, 1.7i/1.6e scorpion roller rockers, baby 180cc afr heads that were untouched, 58mm tb, 3.73's, 4200 stall, bolt-on non-adj rear suspension and ran 11.94@112.26 weighing 3600lbs with me in it. Even with your car being 400lbs heavier it should have had no problem running 11's. What are the specs on your cam and what Trans do you have? Stock heads, ported stockers, or aftermarket heads? What track do you race at? I'm just trying to figure out what's up with your car.

Sorry just seen your heads, Trans, gears and stall. There is something seriously wrong with your setup.
