Ok I'll try to explain it the best I can. When my headlights and running lights are turned off, everything works perfectly, but when i turn my headlights on, my brake lights quit working (except for the one on the wing it still works) and my blinkers quit working. This only happens when the headlights or running lights are turned on. I couldnt find any blown fuses and i dont even know where to start looking at wiring. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Wouldn't be a fuse. I'd start at the headlight switch and make sure it's not shorting itself internally. After that, it's time to start tracing wiring unfortunately.
When the headlights or parking lights are on, does the four way flashers still work?
Thought......when I got my first 93, all of the tail light sockets were shot, and symptoms were similar. You may want to look at replacing those. DO NOT get them from a dealership. VERY VERY pricey. Should be able to find them at a parts stores (low profile sockets only will fit) for about $5.00 each.

Well, don't throw parts at it. I have a 93 service manual at home. Let me go through it tonight when I get home from work and post up anything I find before you pay for a pay you may not need.

Definitely this. I had a similar problem. When I would hit the brakes, the headlights would come on. Come off the brakes and the headlights went off. Id be checking those sockets out first. You'll know right off the bat if they are bad, most likely the bulb will be rusted in the socket.

OK, service manual didn't point me any specific direction. I'd start with the light sockets before anything else though.

I have seen this issue before with the light switch being burned up so if it were me I would start there.
