Well now it looks like I start the complaint process with EBAY...

Spoke on the phone with them tonight... they confirmed that I have been making attempts to contact the winning bidder..... and nothing back.

They have now also contacted him, and told me to give him 4 days before actually making the OFFICIAL complaint. At that time they will intervene.... WHATEVER THAT MEANS>..


IDK why people have to mess with my auction..... I waited nervously and anxiously for 7 days, to get book value for my custom SUV....... and now I have to deal with BS....

Sorry to hear about that horsesh*t. I can't stand that crap, people just doing whatever because it's on the Internet. They will just create another email address and another eBay account. Can you still send a second chance offer to the next guy, if you file the complaint?

Yes Ebay said I could still do the second chance... Then I think to myself. What if there is a legitimate reason for this buyer to have done this...... But then again i think, was there nothing better or easier to buy between Here and California ?
