I swear, I have been without an fbody for over a year now. For the most part it hasn't bugged me that much, I got the subaru had some fun for awhile. Now I am a college grad, working at Ford. Making a decent amount of money right out of school. Yet, getting another car seems so far out of reach. I keep telling myself, what I want, how much Ill pay for it. But then I realized, I'm freaking broke. My insurance at work is a joke, almost 80 dollars a week. 35% of my check goes to taxes. I keep seeing SS camaros I like, but of course no bank will do a loan on a car that old. I really don't want to buy some clapped out pos lt1 car and end up dumping a bunch of money in it. I don't even want to go fast, I have never had the fast car. Just want a nice car to hop in and drive to woodward and watch other people go fast and get tickets. Why is that so hard. . . Not to mention my car insurance tripling just because I moved to Michigan. Fucking no fault state. Some drunk could rear end me while I sit at a stop light, and I still have to pay for my own car, how fucking stupid is that? I don't see myself being in this state very long. Not to mention my dad just moved 12 hours away, with my closest famliy being 5 hours away.

I shoulda just stayed in school for my masters. / Rant

and before you pop in and say thats life tuff. I realize this. I just feel like ranting. I know I am lucky to have a job with health benefits at all.

Thats not true.... Most Credit Unions will finance a car as a Personal loan with the title being held as collateral.

Thats how Ive bought every toy Ive gotten.....

Well see, I was planning on going to a credit union. Though I have no credit to begin with and no one to co-sign for me anyways. So hoping that they take me just on my income alone is a stretch.

There is a big difference between NO credit, and BAD credit..... believe me... Ive had NO credit.... I got loans and credit cards.... Now I have excellent credit... Intrest rate may be a lil higher starting out, but financial institutes understand that people start SOMEWHERE...

Check out some different credit unions. You should be able to find one who will loan you the money as long as your income is pretty decent. You dont have to be rich by any means, but if your on a tight budget with no credit, then thats where your issue will be. Start building your credit up with a credit card. As long as you pay it off every month you wont have to worry about interest rates on it. Fill up your gas tank with it every week... And just keep paying it off at the end of every month.

Looks like ill be switching soon i guess. Just sucks with my work hours I cant get anywhere during the week. I would imagine they would want you to be a customer for awhile before just up and walking in looking for a loan

I have no time to make that roadtrip though. He is asking 10, would I pay 10 no. Would I offer him 7500 and go to 8? probably. Is he going to sell it anytime soon. Hell no.
