I have been looking at it myself and it seems pretty straight forward. Just using different software to tune is all.

There's several guys running around with it who have seen positive results. Tunability is the biggest, but reliability is a big positive also.

Just get the injector bank assignments right, and a competent tuner and there should be no issues. You'll need an OBD-II knock sensor if yours is 93-95

I've read some talk about swapping wiring to correct for the firing order (which has it's issues in closed loop) and then I've read about being able to swap cylinders in the programming, but it seems to be debated here and there. I haven't found a thread that verifies it one way or the other and I haven't dropped the money to find out myself.

I plan on doing this swap sometime down the road also. It looks so much more friendlier to tune.

If you buy the harness from them, the firing order is adjusted in the wiring. Only thing to remember is which cylinder is which if you get a fault code for a particular cylinder.
