It's not really hard. 90% of what makes a good picture good is taking the time to pick a good setting for a picture. People taking shots while the car is parked in their driveway, or some random shot when its more convinient more than a good picture really ruins most pics. The other 10% IMO of what makes a good picture is really the camera.
