Currently in the middle of doing my lt1 swap into my 85 iroc! the engine is in the car, tranny, radiator, fans and torque arm and driveshaft are all on/in the car! i started with a 94 Z28 donor car, pulled enigne and tranny. then i bought some ported heads/intake/cam off a member on ls1tech. the engine is all assembled, i am currently waiting of my fuel lines/power steering lines, and my wiring harness and hopefully i will be able to start it before the snow flies!

I had a blast installing mine as well. Just need to finish the exhaust from the y-pipe back and I can finally go get it inspected for some new plates.

yea ive had a learning experience so far, ive been kinda lazy since my cars been snow covered, no garage :(
today i got out there and cut my valve cover supports to make room for the 1.6 rr.
got my old ecm out, and removed my old harness.
i still need exhaust, power steering lines, and fuel lines, and my main wiring harness.
