Fried my computer

ok i was at the track going rounds and i was going to make adjustment to to computer to help it out in the finials as i was loading the tune in the car my laptop died and the car did too. How can i recover it? I tried to download the tune bak in the car and it said error form pcm on the dash it said system flashing thats aww it says

Computer is toast. You can send it out to be socket''ed. Which will eliminate that problem from ever happening again. IIRC its about $70 to have it done.

Or get a few ECUs/PCMs to mess with from Junk yards...

I looked before I got the tune programer and there's no c4 vettes out there

You can use the PCM from any 94-95 F, B, or Y body V8 cars as long as your is 94-95. If you have 96-97 you can use the PCM from any V8 f body.

And the only thing I think that you HAVE to remember is...... MAKE SURE IT IS THE RIGHT OBD.... and if your Auto, it should be out of an auto... if your manual, it can be from either an auto or a manual.....

Good catch Popo. I forgot to add that you'll have to transfer your tune to the new PCM if you get it from another vehicle that is not exactly the same as yours.
