CALL911 vs RX-7

I posted this over in the racing section, but figured I would post it here as well.

Just happened last night. The temp was only 45 degrees. The car ran great peaking at 15#'s of boost (I have only hit that high once or twice ever before).

The biggest thing was the fact that the Camaro just got some traction compared to the RX.

Sorry the quality of the race is not top notch. My camera man was having a hard time getting it to focus properly. You get the just of what is going on though.

I hate downing other peoples cars, but I would expect a 750+ rwhp RX7 to look a lot better than that.

But anyways, nice kill. That Rotary did sound fucking awesome though when he took off.

I just talked with the guy again last night. It seems that shortly after he shifted into second gear his engine blew up. He was still driving it afterwards so it could not have been too catostrophic, but his car is officially down the rest of this year (he just got it back together a month ago and I was his first race after the re-build).

I am sure once he gets it back together we will line them up again.

Shouldn't have tried to mess with the LT1. You can say what you want about our pos but 1 thing you can't say is they are not durable. Too bad he $%^& up his engine tho.
