So I fiigured out my throttle body was not opening 100%. The damn clamp for the intake was causing the linkage to stop with about 1/4 more to go in rotation.
Question: Would this explain the lean condition seen on my last dyno run?
It explains why it seemed so sluggush getting up to RPM.
The stinking TB was not at WOT!! Ugghh.... FML

My experience is more in the 94-95 range.... So some of the info may or may not help...
If you where hitting 75% throttle then the PCM should have gone into power enrichment mode. However taking into account error in the TPS and other variables maybe not. I can't remember the exact number but between 60% and 70% throttle the PCM will command WOT.
Where you data logging while on the dyno?

unfortunatly I was not. I was still happy even though i was LEAN and the dyno operator was scared. I did some data logginig after the dyno and noticed TPS was wacky as well as BLM's I did the drill mod to the TB, and adjusted the TPS. I put new injectors in as 2 were not firing. Car feels much better. In my anal retentivness i kept puting the clamp back in the same place. It wasnt untill I installed a new lokar throttle cable I noticed the problem. I guess I am off the the dyno agan to data log and tune.
