aldl cables on ebay

Just ordered a cable for about $25 from some ebay seller. He has tons of them for sale. I will let you know if it works or not. It's an ALDL obd2 with datalogging software included on a cd. may be a way cheaper alternative to other ones out there. It looks like it's made in China, so we'll see.

No, I don't have tuning software yet. I would like to get Jet DST, but I'm lacking in the $ department. Lol. How much would you be willing to sell it for? Pm me with the details.

got the cable. It does work. I nstalling the driver was confusing and took me while, but the driver is the same you would use for any of the aldl cables you buy. I tried to use the software from obd-2.com though and it wouldn't work? It looked like the best free software. what would you guys suggest for free software that can be used to datalog and send to my tuner?

I dont know of any free data loggers to use.

I didn't have enough posts to PM you. Anyways...here's the message I wrote out...

I don't have much to offer you. The only way I could afford to buy it from you is if you sold it to me for $100 and I know it's probably worth more than that. If I had money I would offer you about $260. Seems like it's worth about that much. Unless you wanted to work out some sort of trade deal. I don't really have much of anything of value though. I have some old stock LT1 springs, rockers, AC condenser, stuff like that... Thanks for the offer though. It would have to be a steal for me to be able to buy it from you. I'm a poor college student. Lol.

there are a few others also. Just type "obd2 aldl" in the search and you'll come up with a few different sellers selling basically the same stuff.

Also, just so you know, it will take at least two weeks because it's getting shipped from china I think.
