any tuners in AZ? or get tunercats?

so I live in Tucson, AZ I've been looking for somebody to tune my car but since is an LT1 car no one will tune it, do you guys know any tuners around this area? or my other option is to buy tunercats and start doing it myself, how hard is it to tune with tunercats? I would like to do a nitrous tune on my car but nothing drastic... thanks!!!
