That is as long as you have an OBD1 PCM.

you will also need winflash to upload the new tune and read or adjust the old tune into the car.

okay some things have changed .... i want to now get a program that will allow me to see the many different readings that the ecm/pcm is reading
things like rpm, temps, pressuers, a/f ratio, ect,ect
i am going to have a tuner tune the car but i want to see what the car is doing .... i dont really trust the stock gauges any more

TunerPro can give you what you want if you want to use your computer (for free).

Pay-to-play with OBDII. I do not know of any free tuning software for OBDII. You can do an OBDI conversion, which isn't too hard. Do a search on it, I believe you'll find out info on here.

If anyone wants to tune OBD2 LT1 or LS1 I have a Jet DST I am probably going to sell. I am low on cash and need the extra help. With the DST all you would need is a laptop.
If you do any research on the DST its pretty much the only good tuner to use for OBD2

Does it come with datalogging setup? I've never found an owner to be able to ask!
If so I'm interested! PM me.

I have the Y connector purchased here: http://www.tunercat.com/cables/lt1kit.html
The quality is great and allows you to do ODBI LT1's with both ODBI and ODBII connectors.

I use CATS and FreeScan. Both work great for the moderately advance tuning I have been doing. I need to learn more since I plan to tune my TT383 myself.
