All-
I finally got my car dyno tuned Wednesday (8/25) at Speed Inc!
I'm running a forged 383 with AFR 210 eliminator heads, LT4 air gap intake, 82# injectors, 58mm TB, LPP headers, F1A procharger with 4.5" pulley. Has a Moser 12 bolt with 3.90 gear, full suspension. Has EFI Connection LS1 PCM conversion NO OPTI!!!!
First pull: REALLY rich. made 580 RWHP at 5800 RPM @11 psi. Spun the tires on the dyno! :claps:
Second pull: 628 RWHP at 6400 RPM, 14 psi.
Last pull: 648 RWHP at 6500 RPM, 14 psi. Max TQ was 585, at somewhere around 5800. Can't remember for sure, I'm at work and don't have my dyno sheet in front of me.
I'm really satisfied. Honestly, I would have been really happy with 600+. I was hoping to see between 600-650 with the 4.5" pulley at about 10 psi, and 650-700 with the 4.25" pulley at about 12-14 psi. We never got the smaller pulley on, because I didn't want to boost the motor much more than 14 psi. With the smaller pulley, I'd definitely be limiting my max RPM to probably 6000 or less.
In the future, depending on how things go over the next month or so, I may get a slightly larger pulley and take it back up there (I'm about 3 hours away from Speed Inc) and spin the motor higher (about 7300 or so).
Thanks to Larry and the guys for doing a great job on the induction piping work on my car, and for doing an awesome job on the tune!
