I think I like that TQ curve but would thinks you'd see a bit more power. what all is in the motor?

Looks like you are severely under cammed (peak power @ 5300rpm?).

Says it has the CC306

230/244 @ .050", .510"/.540", 112 LSA

I think it could use a lot more cam. That cam would be good for a fresh 355 with some LE2's at best.
His setup is a full LE3 that could support a much more beneficial cammer.

That's way too low rpm's for a cc306 car.

Looks like his injectors may be a tad small as well. He should have a lot more in this engine. I'm with you guys in that the 306 seems to be holding him back. Since he has LE3 heads/intake, I'm surprised he didn't get an LE3 spec'd cam to go with it. That 396 is hungry ... it really needs to be fed!

AF is oddly dead nuts perfect... like I don't think I've ever seen an AF stay that solid the whole way... and remember this is through an auto so how big of a stall and what rear are important too

also is this a dynojet or a mustang dyno?

I like your torque curve but like the aboive said, you're leaving alot of power on the table with that cam.

409 unlocked for what doesn't seem like to crazy of a build and not full details seem good

FYI : my car made 410 unlocked and 446 locked when I first got it together

I do feel the CC306 is way wrong for the combo and he would surely see some nice gains with a properly spec'd cam.

for sure! i ran a cc306 on my 110k mile stock long block. and made 10 more horsepower on ported stock heads. Id definately go with a big custom grind cam

Yes I agree that the cam is way to small...I just ordered some summit warrior r/t's for the car after that to the track with some race gas...but a new camshaft is in the works...just to keep it goin...what camshaft would everyone suggest?

Man as much as I would like to...its just not feesable...it would seriously be cheaper to get another camshaft and converter than it would for me to spray. Im thinking about a 4000 stall and a bigger camshaft and it would prolly go off in the 6's.
