He told me he went 13.7 on 7lbs of boost on his older high mileage motor. This new motor (still a 5.3) has 40k miles I believe and pulls 11psi.

Unfortunately his brick of a front end slow him on the big end.

Turns out this truck made 413hp/400tq through the 4L60E.
