used clutch and flywheel

I know someone that is trying to sell a used Spec 3+ clutch and a spec flywheel. what do you guy think about that deal.

the guy im just bought a 95 z and he is swapping a th350 and he doesnt actually know how many miles are on it. but he said it looked like still has about 75% left on the pressure plate.
