I dyno'd today. The weather here was perfect. I was on a dynojet and hit 314rwhp/350rwtq. The problem is i should be a bit higher ~6hp and tq off I believe. no big deal but my A/F was way lean. It was 17.1 @ tip in and didnt drop to 13ish untill the car was almost finished. I will post the dyno results as soon as I get them. The dude at the dyno was scared to make a full pull cause the car would not get below 16 until it was late in the run. I did have a leak at the TB coupling this AM and we fixed it on the last pull. The HP got better but the A/F was still off. It has a new Opti, wires, plugs, O2's, etc.
The car is bolt on, no internal mods: (M6 m29, 3.23 rear)
LT Headers w/o EGR&AIR
No cats
Underdrive
52mm tb
tb bypass
160 degree stat
Ram Air (FWIW)
It has a PCMforless tune that was just redone after the LT's. On a Mustang dyno without the LT's and TB i was 304 rwhp/ 341 rwtq. I did not have Wide Band at that time.
Question is - Should i send the dyno sheet to Alvin (or someone else, give me your opinions please) along with the BIN and have it tweaked? I dont have a clue when it comes to VE and fuel tables. All I know how to do is plug in the laptop and change it back to stock before going through state inspection.. LOL (i use a MOATE's Ostrich)

What do you mean laptop? Doesn't your car have a chip being a '93?

i use an Ostrich in place of the chip to change tunes for emissions testing. I D/L'd the tune Alvin did and U/L'd it to the Ostrich. I also have 2 chips to place on the adapter, one is stock tune with the egr/air/evap turned off so my SES light does not come on during inspection and the other is the Alvin tune. Right now i am runnig the chip(s) insted of the Ostrich because the ostrich needs a new patch cable. I was thinking of sending the BIN to someone with the dyno sheet and U/L to the Ostrich to see if things get better, then making a chip of that tune so I dont have to rely on the Ostrich all the time.

Also responded to your post on SD.....
The leak at your TB coupling would not cause it to run lean since we don't use a MAF. You've got something else going on. Possibly weak fuel pump, bad regulator, incorrectly sized injectors in the tune, or a horrible exhaust leak somewhere.
I'm surprised the dyno operator even made a pull at all after seeing it shoot to 17 like that. Most around here get scared if it's over 14.
Feel free to send me your tune (.bin) and datalog (Datamaster) and I'll take a look. Is this a datalog of the dyno pulls? email to w0442@mindspring.com
What injectors are you running? Stock?
Are you still running the single-wire (non-heated) oxygen sensors or have you converted? You should have that on your list as something to do if you haven't already.

Thanks for the reply!,
I couldnt data log the dyno run. It was just an Open Dyno Day. I was the lowest HP car there.. LOL as well as the most lean.
Anyway i have the heated O2 setup form Fastbird the the sensors are brand new. I dont think i have a leak close to the block, i do run a 3 inch ory with no muffler (well i have a Borla with the plate open). I am running stock injectors with a new stock FPR. I was gonna get the correct Adj FPR. At WOT i am pushing 40+ psi on my gauge. I cant remember what the right pressure is. I do have a new pump to put in if need be (255 LPH). I can do a run around my "private" test track and data log it. Just need the rain to stop.
