Poly trans mount. Swap in a stock rubber and I bet the vibration is gone.

holy shit man howd u even know that have u had the same problem ive never really heard any feedback about the poly trans mount negative or positive.. theres still a slight vibration but its way less noticeable thanks alot for your help i did put that mount in when i did my clutch but have u ever heard of gears making a vibrationim olmost leaning towards that cuz they make noise or maybe slight bent axle or output shaft.. all bearing in rear end where new at the time i changed gears.. i was gonna try changing the pinion angle also.. any input welcome but thanks alot for your help

Never done it myself. Just seen enough results to make that my first estimate as to your problem.

well it deffinetly made the vibration less apparent but im worried watever vibration is still happening n tweakin on my tailshaft or rear end gears my driveshaft was pretty bad the new driveshaft took away most of the vibrattion.. any other input im all ears

do you have poly motor mounts too?? Those are GOING to transmit some vibrations, much more than rubber mounts.

that article was deff full of useful info im gonna end up goin through what that poor guy did.. and no there stock motor mounts probly wore out tho im putting long tubes on in a week or so with a bmr tubular k member and was planning on putting in poly motor mounts im olmost positive its in the rear end somwhere cause its deff speed related not engine rpm i dont care about it being real comfortable i just hate that it feel like somthings about to brake especially when im doing 100+ mph

i have the exact same thing going on with my car. i've done everything to find it but i still haven't. the only thing I heard that might fix it is new LCAs and relocation brackets. one guy on this forum told me he had this problem and he changed his out and it made it smooth as glass at 80mph. im going to be doing mine soon and i will let you know if it helps

good luck unless ones bent or broken it shouldnt change much i changed mine with metco lca's n it made my wheel hop stop acctually it made the driveline noise and vibration more apparent and unless ur car is strickly teack use get the ones with rubber or poly bushing not rob ends or itll sound like a bucket of bolts when u hit a pot hole. i think mine in the rear end like the pinion or somthing i hope cuz i plan on a s60 very soon if its not that its in the tranny everything else is new
