OverDrive slipping

Last night going to the movies, OverDrive slipped twice. In 4th gear, just riding, all of a sudden the engine revs up a little and goes back in gear, like it slipped. No hill, no change in gas pedal..

What can be going wrong?

Have you checked your fluid level?

Yes, all is good. I only had this tranny for a year. It was a rebuilt from 80k tranny.
