HELP!!! Identify shifter please!

so when i bought the t56 swap i neglected to look at the shifter very close but i'm in the middle of putting the tranny in my car and found out that the shifter i got will not mount to the throw that the stock shifter had on it. oculd you tell me what shifter is on the right in the picture and if possible where to buy a shifter throw for it? thanks in advance!

chips--- there is nothing on the whole shifter. not one part number or anything...

and it wont mount because the stock shifter isnt the right diameter .

If I'm reading right, you need a shifter handle to mount to the aftermarket shifter you have ? Just about any aftermarket shifter handle should mount to that piece shown, they don't have to wrap around the post like a stock handle would.

thanks! i just installed it and the ws6store short throw stick with one of their SS 2.25 balls. I freakin love this thing.
