B&M shifter stuck

[BLK95-Z]

Im trying to remove this shifter, I took the 4 big bolts out of the blue mounting plate and been tugging on it. Is that all thats holding this in because it seems to be stuck :D

Everyone I have ever done has just pulled right out. Not sure why its getting held up like that.

My brother's shifter got stuck like that. Just start working it loose, pulling to one side hard, then the other side. It's a pretty sturdy shifter, it should hold up to that.
