using a built 200r4 behind the LT1

Was curious. Anyone done it. Better gear ratios, less power to turn internals. Small case. Don't have to use comptuer to run it. Allowing easier gear swaps in rear end.

i wouldnt, if your wanting good gear ratios, overdrive, and no computer i would consider a built th700r4

not a fan of the 700's first gear, and needs more power to turn the internals. Strength is stronger in a 200r4, once same mods are done on either transmission.
